The mission of Empowerment Strategies of Youth is to help youth see themselves in STEM and STEM careers.

Through thoughtful guidance and preparation, we concentrate on building self-worth, strengthening decision-making skills, and equipping participants with the confidence they need to become motivated doers and achievers in school, work, and throughout their communities.
