DR. JAMELLE ELLIS    FOUNDER/CEO

Dr. Ellis’ journey in environmental science and public health inspired her to start her environmental sustainability consulting firm, Empowerment Strategies, LLC. Her passion for and commitment to promoting STEM careers in underrepresented communities led her to launch a youth division called Empowerment Strategies for Youth. 

Empowerment Strategies for Youth offers leadership development and STEM promotion programming through Empowerment Strategies for Girls, which provides girls-only sessions and programs, and Empowerment Strategies for Teens & Young Adults, which serves co-ed audiences.

Our message of Turning Dreamers into Doers is appropriate for middle, high school, and college audiences, as well as educators, youth group leaders, and civic and faith-based organizations. At Empowerment Strategies for Youth, we seek to help future leaders see themselves in STEM fields!.
